when they lay the rules down,
I’ve played that silly little game,
Like everyone in town,
I know they think,
They’re being smart,

Kids on the street
They don’t want to listen
to the actions through out
Their brain washed nation

it’s not our fault
If we are doomed
it’s just the way
that we've been groomed
Living like our parents
talking about conspiracies
If they turn true
who gets the responsibilities?

like we do a party
They destroyed the sky
Made it abstract, arty
And just like they would
We’ll laugh at it all
Repeating “like giants we were Like giants we'll fall “
A pattern I’ve grown to
but now leave behind
the days I spent with you
I now must leave forgotten
the pictures must stay in my head
the words stay on my lips
all the things I should have said
the silence lies between us
good bye the holidays away
the sun, the surf, the sunsets
the little games we used to play
once upon a time
I have to break this little pattern
Escape my comfort zone
Spread my wings before road flatten
And keeps me grounded here
Right now I just need to grow
But I might yet come back
So wait for no matter how far I go
I’ll always return back home

a gift from a friend who could be much more
orange as a sunset low in the sky
and two dark figures merging in the shadows
yellow as the sun as it falls on your face
two loving eyes gazing deep into mine
green as the grass I run through my hands
when you’re lying asleep on the picnic sheet
blue as your eyes and the skies all around us
on that February fourteenth afternoon
indigo flash as cars race past
under the sunset we watch them go by
violet the tears from that girl I knew
who saw us together just us two

for one night
let me be a princess
dance with the people
I call high school royalty
smile as they reach
to take my hand
act charmed and laugh
when they ask me to dance
blush when they twirl me
smile when they hold me
wish that they knew me
the me that you know
wish time would be kind
that my feet would be light
that the person who held me
was you that prom night
blue so clear
like open sky
they draw me in,
they swirl and fill
they wrap me up
and pull me down
those clear blue eyes
of his, they thrill
so sweet a blush
like open rose
spreads like paint
on open canvas
such gentle air
such shy disguise
to hide love
in its madness
so where to look
for my hidden rose
how far are you
away from me
will we meet
under this sky
and will you again
set me free
Ageing like a broken toy by seethroughangel, literature
Literature
Ageing like a broken toy
Shy by virtue not by name
that label that they say for me
selective, mute, selective, deaf
but not selectively hurt
and yet each pen mark on their sheet
will diagnose to me
that I to them am like a mistake
their pills erase my function
it's to be normal they explain to me
it's so you can live a life
as if the one I have right now
means nothing to all of them
and so they force my mouth open
and place in dictatorship
for what choice is there when you’re alone
trapped by padded walls
and where am I, you think to ask
I'm not stuck, Locked away
I'm wandering through the hospital wards
dressed in black and grey

this Cornish babe she wears his heart
like flowers in her hair
she dances in the rosemary
and smiles like fresh blown air
she takes his hand into her own
and leads him far away
into a night of fireworks
and a chill November day
this Cornish babe speaks with her eyes
and sparkles in the sun
she's caught him now, my little one
she said "we've just begun
I've yet to show you blossom trees,
I'm yet to show you bees
I've yet to make you come to me
and ask on bended knee"
This Cornish babe her price is high
but oh her life is worth
for there’s none like her under sun
or walks upon the earth
The resounding silence echoed there
Broken only by a name
Repeated hushed again, again
To comfort in his game
She will return he tells himself
And rocking to and fro
This gentle man besmirched so much
His time has seemed to slow
Her golden hair exaggerated
Her lips they weren’t so red
Yet in his mind he sees her there
An angel born and bred
She left him oh so long ago
To walk another land
Yet in his grief she still remains
Marked by his golden band

The chaptered comic strip, has been collected into a 100-page graphic novel – and to the still-uninitiated:
It is not quite like anything you’ve probably ever seen before. The story follows “Zee Captain” and his sidekicks as they amble through a post-apocalyptic landscape. And while that hardly seems new and different, it’s the unusually superlative graphic quality of the comic cells and the Monty Pythonesque dialogues and leaps of logic that can become quite mesmerizing. Zee Captain, his face hidden by a gas mask that gives him a Darth Vaderish look, wears what
I'm looking through the glass
At someone else's table
he's sitting by the rose
she laughs at what he's saying
maybe its a joke, a smile
or maybe he's pretending,
but either way he spending
this lovers night without me
I'm calling straight to voicemail
He's turned his phone to silent
I'm turning tears away
but he's to caught up to notice
I may sound stupid
but I still want him back
But as I'm walking away
I know I'm walking alone.
I'm standing under bright lights
feeling sad and lonely
Surrounded by the cold
With no one there to hold me
The snow is catching in my hair
My breath's caught in my throat
Because I didn't belie
The two ballerina twirl, Thier arches curving as the music rises in a compelling cresendo towards the final denuemont. I pause and rewind.
The male lead reaches out not quite towards the female but as if showing that he wishes to go to her but can't. I press forwards and their arms follow their bodies faster than a humans ever could. I return to the menu and place my smallest finger on the glowing sphere that marks the movie.

I close the action and move onto the next. There are 200 of them to be done before tomorrow.

To be honest art in my own opinion is not my forte, I can draw a lot of traditional style manga based stuff however I do not have a scanner so its very difficult to upload however I am an avid poet and writer there fore I've decided I'm going to post my work here
